TonePort KB37 velocity sensitivity

I have a slight problem with my TonePort KB37. There seems to be no velocity sensitivity for the first 12 keys from the left in any program, VST plugin that i use my KB37, just sounds like a full hard knock on the key on them 12 keys. I would like to know why it is like that, because it ment to have all 37 to be velocity sensitive. Ive got all software/drivers up to date. Could you please help me with that...

    Hi,

       

      If you've tried running Line 6 Monkey/Updates and re-installed the USB Firmware and Flash Memory components of the KB37, but the issue persists then you'll need to get the keyboard/interface to an Authorized Service Center for repair.

      I've seen this once before and it turned out to be the entire key assembly that needed replacement.
