New looper, 3 days old, track 94 scratchy and has blank spots?

The review of the songs that come prerecorded in the JM-4 I found one thats is bad. Track 94.

Now what do we do?

I want all tracks to work, after all I paid for them to work.

The store says it's your problem (line6's) and you will make it right.

How come a person who posted his problem 9 hours ago is helped but I posted 1 day ago and I get none?

I have a defective unit, where is my help?

Hello,
Can you describe what is wrong with the track? is it the "song" or "drum" track?
Have you performed a factory reset on your unit? Have you reinstalled the flash memory on the unit? Here are some links to help you:

  The unit is New, I did not put any SD cards or anything in it. The track # 94,, song is as I staited scratchy and has blank spots ,,

    I have a drum track that has missing spots, (straight swing) but this track 94 on my system sounds perfect.
