    Hello,

Can you tell me what product you have and what you are trying to do with Line 6 Monkey? Thanks.

      Hello,

I have exactly the same issue with my FBV Express mkII when trying to update the firmware (Line 6 Monkey 1.33 reports the version of device firmware as "Unknown"). At the time controller is connected via USB to my macbook (Mac OS X 10.6.4).

Also there is a problem (i guess it has the same roots) with a FBV control software (1.0), it doesn't see the device connected (showing "No Line 6 device connected" message in a status bar).

However, the controller itself works. It is recognized by the system (is presented both in the lists of USB and MIDI devices) and can be catched by Guitar Rig, but the only things that work are the pedal and an A button. I launched MIDI monitor program and it stated that B, C and D in fact send system exclusive messages.

Upd: Monkey shows "ESN: None" under the controller image and "Connection: MIDI".
