Can not get jm4 looper to read sd card?

Hi,

Can not get jm4 looper to read sd card? downloaded wav files and checked it out on my other machines and ok but not on jm4.

    First, ensure that you have 2.09 as the firmware version on your JM4. This document will help you get updated, if necessary: http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-1338

     

    The SD card needs to be a Standard SD card no larger than 2.0 GB. (You cannot use a Mini SD card type with an SD adapter, for example).

     

    You should format the SD card from the JM4 itself.

     

    If you're trying to transfer .wav files from your computer they need to be: 16-bit MONO/44.1K filetype. If they are not, they will not open in the JM4.
