Of course. Why in God's name would you want the customer to be happy and know what's wrong with their pedal?! It's best that the service centers be the only one's who know. That way you can alienate your customer but make the service centers happy. You NEVER want the customer to be happy. I for one am switching pedals. Won't ever deal with Line 6 again. Shotty craftsmanship and they won't even allow you to figure out what's wrong with their equipment. All I'm asking for is a way to figure out what's wrong with my pedal. I'm not asking for you to give me all of the trade secrets so that I can start my own effects company.
