Unable to change sample rate and bit depth. UX2 / Midi Devices. Others can, I cant. Why? Maxd out at 48000Hz. Popping also

I'm having a problem setting up my UX2's ASIO to process my Midi VSTs in Cubase. I can't change my operating sample rate and bit deph. They're stuck at 48000 Hz and 24bit. I'm using a EastWest and KOMPAKT VST in Cubase 5, and am setup to use UX2's ASIO driver to cut down on latency. When I purchased it about 4 month sago, I noticed that it was able to use a sample rate of up to 96000 Hz and 32bit, I noticed some other people are able to change theirs at will. I've posted a screenshot of someone's who has the option to change it, but is greyed out. I at least dont have the option at all. (attachment 1, myshot)

It tells me theyre set in the Sound Control Panel (attachment 2. myshot2)

But the only place I see a sample rate is at the last menu, and it only lists 3 optons (up to 48000). (attachment3, myshot3)

Proof that it's possible?

Anyways, does anyone know why this is happening? Ive updated to the latest drivers and applications.

Also, when I set my ASIO Buffer Size smaller than 512, I hear popping sounds in my headphones. Is this normal and to be expected?

Thanks!
