Thinking about getting UX2. Can you use multiple inputs at the same time?

I have a GX, and it's great, but I'm thinking of upgrading for mic support because I want to get a REAL studio mic one day for more professional recordings, because TRS mics usually are terrible and cheap sounding and don't capture the voice accurately.
I'm using Reaper as a DAW, not POD Farm (though I use it as a VST), and I'd like the possibility to monitor both mic and guitar at the same time by assigning them to 2 seperate tracks so they have their own FX line.
I've used Line6 GX and it has trouble sharing the output line, but I assume that the UX2's ASIO would allow you to use all the inputs it has on the device any way you like, right??
I'm thinking of getting a Shure SM57 for both vocals and probably guitar cab miccing.
Please answer.
Cool, no answer.

wrong
UX1 = 1 input at once
UX2 = up to 2 inputs at once (but only in certain combinations... guitar+mic is one that will work)
UX8 = up to 8 inputs at once.
How about a KB37?
i think the KB37 is a UX2 with a couple of extras, like a keyboard and an expression input, so i think you're still limited to up to 2 inputs, that are specified... so not every combination of 2 inputs work. like you can't have both guitar inputs together, but you can have a line input pair, mic pair or mic+instrument
Alright, I think I'll probably get a KB37 since I like keyboards too.
You can use the KB37's knobs as midi controllers to control effects and VST "stomp pedals" right?
yeah it looks like you can.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
