Controling Spider Jam 75

Hey there, was considering purchasing the above mentioned amp. Was wondering with all the presets if it was possible to just select a clean channel and choose the sound fx etc via my laptop running Pod Farm 2?

Different question but along the same line...

Could I connect a Multi Effects unit, the Boss ME-70 for example?

    The Spider Jam is not controllable from a computer. There is no MIDI or any other connection. You cannot download or upload tones as you can with Pods and some other Line6 amps.

     

    There is no problem with connecting effects pedals. You can connect them via the Guitar input, in which case it is the same as plugging into the relevant modelled amp or you can go in through the CD/MP3 input which is clean, like a PA system.
