Download issue

Hi, the only things I can dowload for my UX2 from line6.com/software are Line6 Monkey 1.31, 1.32 and Line6 Drivers 4.0.2.3 anything else can't be dowloaded.

Also if I want to update anything from Line 6 Monkey, even Monkey itself I get error code 80002049 - sockets: connection reset.

Whole line6.com seems to be corrupted now.

    Hi,

       

      This is usually related to anti virus software, or firewalls operating while Monkey is trying to download updates.

       

      Disable Windows firewall, all anti virus software, and make sure your UAC Control settings are set on their lowest setting and try the update in Monkey again.

    I wish this could be answered by Line 6's horrible customer support.

      same here, i'm in winXP sp2, PODxt Live, and line6 monkey 1.61.

       

      there is no anti-virus soft on my pc, no blocker etc.  and i can use internet normally, what i do wrong?

        1) You are replying to a 2-year old thread that was answered.

        2)  'Same here' doesn't tell us what you are having problems with.

        3) This is a user forum - the Line 6 personnel do not check here often, if you have issues that you want Line 6 to resolve you can call their help number or start a support ticket.

         

        I understand that the Line 6 software can sometimes be exasperatingly finicky.  I could not download my Spider updates using my desktop computer, but using a laptop with an older version of Windows XP, it worked fine.
