Line 6 Uber Metal not working?

I have recently bought an uber metal and I absolutely love it, but out of no where it just doesn't give sound when I plug it in. When I click the pedal off, sound comes out of the amp but when it's on the green light turns on but nothing happens. The cables work and so does the amp...please help!

      If you've checked all of your cables and you;re positive it is not that then your Uber Metal pedal is defective.

       

      If you;re still under warranty please call us directly so we can arrange a replacement pedal for you.
