you can buy pod farm v2 platinum for the UX1 here: http://line6.com/store/podfarm/toneportux1 and will cost you I think $249 or $299 depending on what licenses you already have (I think)

BUT, I would instead choose to buy model packs, as having the model packs may work out cheaper, and will give you the same as platinum (plat just means all the model packs).

Model packs you would need to equal the platinum pack:

collectors classics

FX Junkie

power pack

bass expansion.

you can buy the 1st 3 as a triple pack for $49.95, then the same again for the power pack and the bass pack. which = $149

if you want to use POD Farm v2 though (and you only own pod farm v1) you would need to buy the basic version of pod farm v2 (link at the top) and once you have that the model packs will work for that too.  so even with that basic pod farmv2 license for $49, you're still saving money on the platinum license!
