Bogner Alchemist Footswitch Part #?

Hello,

 

It's me again. I'm having a really hard time getting my hands on this footswitch. I went to my local dealer but they said that they needed the part # for it. I remember i was given the part # for the B-stock footswitch in my support ticket, but the ticket was closed and i couldn't look at it to see what the number was. What is the part # i need to order a Bogner Alchemist footswitch?

    you can still see your closed tickets.  click the 'my account' link at the top of this page, and then click support tickets on the left.

      Hi Rowbi.

       

      Yeah I did that. It took me to the support tickets page but there was nothing there. It had the titles of the columns but there were no actual tickets listed. Is there a way i can look at my old tickets?  I really just need to find out the part number for the Alchemist footswitch because i need to order it asap.

    Can somebody please just tell me THE PART # FOR THE BOGNER ALCHEMIST FOOTSWITCH?

    Can you PM me the details of how to get an Alchemist Foot Switch too?

     

    I have contacted Line6, Bogner, MusiciansFriend,  - they all tell me this is an Incredibly dificult item to obtain.

      For anyone who wants to know:

       

      I just called Bogner Support (which is a special department of Line6) at 1-818-575-3619 and asked for a footswitch. I had to register my amp before hand by going to http://www.bogneramplification.com/registration.php

       

      that's really about it, the call waiting time is really really long btw....

        been there done that

         

        I have registered my Amp with Bogner, created support tickets with Line6 and musicians friend.

         

        Last week I spent two days on hold  with the "1-818-575-3619  support line - 3 hours each day - finally got a warm body who told me these footswitches  were in extremely short supply, but they would look around and get back to me - which they never did.

         

        Today i have emails from MusiciansFriend telling me none are available:

         

        "This email is to inform you that we have heard back from our warehouse about the footswitch for your Alchemist Series Tube Guitar Amp Head Restock. The factory restocks do not include the footswitches and  unfortunately these have been discontinued by the manufacturer and we  are not able to get a hold of them. We tried to find something that  would work with it, sadly there were none. "

         

        They also said I could send the amp back (on my dime) and seek a refund,

         

        and all I got from Line 6 customer support was a dumb email "Customer satisfaction survery - which if i answered honestly, would probably reflect extremely poorly on the Line6 customer service reps ability to seek a raise.

         

        I also have a post here - if ANYONE can help me obtain an Alchemist footswitch - in ANY condition!

    Hello,

     

    I'm from Argentina, I think that I have a problem with my Bogner Alchemist's footswitch. I was watching a voodooman footswitch on his internet website. Can you tell me about this footswitch?, I wish know if really is a good footswitch, I need replacement it and I see this option how a good option. Please, notify about this footswitch if anybody used it.
