I bought my HD500 8 days ago and really like it but am still in the early stages of the learning curve. I have followed all suggestions and done the downloads necessary but I have one big problem; somewhere along the line I have lost almost all of the presets. There are maybe 8 or 9 in the Best of 500 and NONE in the dual tone bank or the other two. I am certain it was something I did while creating my own sounds, I just don't know how to get them back or what I need to do.
