FBV MkII - Calibration procedure doesn't start

When I follow the calibration procedure (hold D button and plug the FBV), the LCD display stays on "LINE 6" and does not display "Calibrate Pedal".

 

Is it normal?

What do I have to do to start the calibration procedure?
