Hi there,

after installation of the latest Monkey version (1.34) on my new PC (Windows 7 64bit), Monkey dave me all the needed updates, drivers...

After all these updates Monkey asked me to update optinal add-ons.

I pushed the button and a kind of firmware installation started. After this I got the message, that there was an error and Reinstall the firmware.

Again error. I did this for several times. Also see attached screenshots

Result: my Metalshop has gone, all my Presets have gone (no backup - of course).

Anybody an idea, how to get back to a working podxtlive?

Looking forward to a solution for this...
