Sequentially trim level does not work

Noted with surprise that the trim level skips some numbers. It also makes a regression on the scale. Ex: being in 5.0db, I trim up and the meter shows 4.5db
According to Monkey, software and firmware are updated.
Please any help, I need to be in formal English for better understanding. I'm from Argentina.
Thank you very much, Greetings!
Sorry to inform you, but that is the nature of the "Trim" knob on our POD X3's.
The level range doesn't change until the final 1/4 turn until maximum. It is very sensitive and you'll have to keep adjusting until you find the right spot and leave it.
I think you misunderstood me.
When I increase the level, the numbers on screen change from 5.0db to 4.5db and should be from 5.0db to 5.5db for example.
It's a shame that no one can help me with my problem. I'm still in doubt. Maybe not the right place to solve it. Can anyone give me some advice?
Thanks!
