Flash Memory/HD400 Edit Issues

I have a HD400.  I tried to update the flash memory using line 6 monkey but the it will not update.  There is a question mark in front of the words "flash memory" although the update available is 1.20.  The HD400 setup shows version 1.03.  The HD400 Edit will not recognize the device.  Line 6 monkey says that I'm connected.  It let me update the USB Firmware and is recognizing the HD400.  Any help is appreciated.

    Fire up the Monkey with the HD400 connected.

    Install the Driver from the Monkey menu.

    Once the install start to download disconnect the HD400 from the computer.

    Follow the driver installation

    plug in your HD400 when you are prompted to

     

    You could also go to the download page and download the driver and install it...The important thing is that the HD400 MUST BE DISCONNECTED from the PC when you start the driver install...If you leave it connected, most likely the driver will not install properly...

     

    restart the Monkey and see if you can update the firmware...
