Hy!

I have a big problem: I bought last month a POD HD 500 and I am very glad that it has a great sound...BUT I cannot use it to record via USB, because when I enter the tuner mode and after I tune my guitar, I press a knob, and the communication between my laptop and my POD loses.

Can anyone help me? My POD has the latest drivers firmware, and everything is up to date. If I don't use the tuner, the POD HD 500 EDIT and th record functionality is OK.

PLEASE HELP. I MUST DO RECORDINGS TODAY...
