my jtv-59 will not detect any help

I have all cables1/4 rj45 the rj45 is pushed in fully hooked up and a full battery .

i am using xp media center edition 2002 sp3

Pentium D 2.80ghz

tried it on a few PC's still no go??

tried other rj45 cables still no go .

i am getting green lights when i hook up the interface and the guitar

all drivers and firmware is up to date .

it does not detect my jtv-59 when i turn on workbench software.

 

any help here ?
