Acoustic sound of the Variax 700

Hi,

   I have a Variax 700 acoustic guitar and I play it through my pod xt live into a Bose L1 mark 2. It sounds ok but the sound isnt like the sounds on the line 6 site. I have set the bose to the correct settings to take line 6 equipment but I am a little dissapointed. The pod is set on an acoustic amp without anything else to colour the sound. I hope someone can help.
