POD UX1 - Poping and Cracking

I am very frustrated with your POD UX1 product on my Windows 7 machine. I have updated everything and gone through numerous support forms on your website to try and trouble shoot a poping and crackling sound that your hardware is producing.
It has affected my entire audio output on my machine so nothing plays without interfearance (iTunes, Windows System Noises, DVD's, Etc).
I NEED a solution or I would like a refund please.

This issue could be related to a number of things. First check your connections.
Have you tried connecting to different USB Ports?
Are you using a USB hub?
Make sure you have the latest drivers installed:

I have tried all the solutions you suggested and still have not been able to eliminate the problem.
Any thoughts?

I noticed you are using an AMD machine, try searching for a USB filter driver:

Also, try updating your computer's video card.
