FBV: Volume and Wah Pedal Lag Problem

I wonder if anyone has some thoughts or advice for me. A while back I started having some problems with the Wah and volume pedal in my FBV (mk1) connected to my Vetta II. When using the Volume and Wah pedals I started getting about 0.5 second lag between depressing the pedal and the sound changing. this is regardless of what the pedals are controlling (wah, bender, volume, or routed to stomp box parameters). I have tried recalibrating the pedals, reseating all the internal cables (this done because the display kept flickering and cutting out but that problem was solved), cleaning the pedal sensors with an anti-static air-duster and using a different cable to connect to the amp but to no avail. The problem also seems to be more prominent on the Right/Volume pedal than on the Left/Wah pedal which sometimes works fine, though I do use the first one more often. Does any one else have any more thoughts and ideas or I am down to finding a UK repair centre? thx in advance.
Hey the1truemoggy,
It looks like you have already performed a lot of the steps I was would have advised you to do. The only thing left that you can do is try and reinstall the flash memory on the Vetta II. If that doesn't fix the problem, then there could potentially be a problem with the hardware. At that point I would recommend having a local Line 6 Service Center look at the amp and pedal for you. Thanks for the reply, I'll give reinstalling the flash memory a go and see what the results are. Thanks again, much appreciated.
