Cannot login to licence manager even though I have an account

Hi,

I'm trying to register my UX2 but on Monkey 6 and on the Licence manager they do not allow me to login so that I can do so. An error saying that my user account details are not recognised even though I have set up an account on the line 6 website.

Please can you help me with this?

Hey dehkordi,

According to your account information you haven't downloaded anything from this account. Is your computer running any sort of anti-virus/firewall software? If so, please disable while you are trying to use monkey or the license manager. In addition make sure to download and install the latest versions of Line 6 Monkey and License Manager from our software page at the link below:
