Cannot reconnect my PODHD500 after updating the flash memory to v1.31

Hi,

I have just updated to the latest version v1.31 but now my computer refuses to recognise the device. I have tried updating the drivers, restarting my computer, restarting the POD but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas how to reset or get it connecting again? Thanks, Alan.

Try resetting the HD500's global parameters - hold down the left button on the 4 way Nav Pad as you power on

Try starting the HD500 in Test mode - hold down the right button on the 4 way Nav Pad as you power on - and if this allows Monkey to see your HD500, re-flash the firmware but do not retain your existing presets.

  Hi Nick, thanks for your reply. Before I got your response I tried using a differnet USB cable and it started working! I had used the supplied Line 6 cable before so this is very strange. Anyway, problem solved for now. Thanks.
