Hi there-

My name is Jeff and I am new to the forum but not to Line6 gear. I have a M13 that I have used maybe twice and it's been a while since I used it. I pulled it out yesterday, plugged it in, and when I went to use the FX, the tone never changed. The tuner works, all of the FX light up and are there, but no tonal change. I did fairly sure that I did the firmware update, which I believe is what messed the unit up.

Is there a way to fix this or has anyone had this happen to them?
