I've Registered my stuff but I get a note saying my POD HD 500 isn't!

When it's connected to my computer I get a message that says I need to register my POD HD 500. And it is. What should I do? Also is there a way to connect my Variax Line 6 JTV-69 Guitar and POD to computer and use the software for both?

Hi,

Have you installed drivers for the HD500?

Have you tried different USB Ports and cables?

Are you using a USB hub?
