hey all!

I've recently bought the m13 stompbox modeler, from guitar center, and had the waranty papers with it, it says 2 years, but i dont know how to fill the papers and what to fill and what not, i would appreciate some help guiding me through this, also I live in the middle east where the american adapters need bigger ones so i would have to connect it to a 110-220v adapter for it to work properly, the problem is when the cleaning lady comes in she screws all the settings i put and sometimes they put the wrong stuff together, I think i got the adapter of the m13 stompbox modeler burnt..I would like to know if the waranty covers it if not where can i get another one, and what can i do from where i live to fix it, if its a simple fuze problem i can work it out. Another question and i know i've bored you with all of this>http://line6.com/software/index.html< i found this update software to download , how can i dowload it after on my m13 and use it in the right way...
