Line 6 DL4 Problem

My DL4 is suddening not engaging, but it will still allow the dry signal through, so the batteries aren't dead or anything.  It's done this, and things similar to this, multiply times in the past and I'm wondering what's wrong with it and if it's fixable.  I tried it with fresh batteries and an AC power supply, seperately and together.  Same thing.  It normally works fine and it's done this before, but this is the first time it didn't stop within ten minutes.  It's currently been about a week since it's worked.  Thanks.

    On those units, please make sure you are using the Line 6 PX-2 power supply to power the unit if you do not use batteries.

       

      I would suggest resetting the unit by holding the First and Last outer footswitches as you power on the DL4 by plugging in the Left/mono Input.

       

      If the problem persists, it would need to be serviced at an authorized service center:
