pod farm question

I just bought a POD Studio UX1 and installed all the software. I open POD farm 2.5 and it tells me that I haven't authorized my conputer. So I go to the device manager and try to authorize my computer and pod farm still runs in trail mode. The product is supposed to come with pod farm 2.5 along with the FX junkie add on and I dont have access to any of it. Please help.

    Please make sure that you are logged in as the administrator on your computer when authorizing your gear.

       

      Also, please check the following location to see if there are any .aet files in there:

       

      C:/Users//AppData*/Roaming/Line6

       

      *AppData is a hidden folder.  Go to Organize on the left and select Folder and Search options and in the View tab enable 'Show hidden files, folders, and drives.

       

      Let us know what you find.
