POD X3 LIVE not working.

I buy it about a year ago, couple of days ago the buttons: ON/OFF; OUTPUTS; UP/DOWN/RIGHT/LEFT went wrong and now they take me to the A and D slots... Im really dissapointed. I alredy updated it and nothing... cant use it anymore.
