The question is pretty vague and very subjective (what is 'good' to you?). It depends a lot on what sound/source you are applying the EQ to, and what your intentions are. EQíng a hard driving hi-gain guitrar tone will be very different than EQing an acoustic guitar, or a ballad vocal vs. heavy metal vocal.

If you give more info perhaps you'll get better results.

But my advice? You'll find your own 'good' settings by experimenting more rather than relying on a guess form someone else as to what you're looking for.
