Unable to install metal shop model pack

For the attention of Line 6 Support:

I just purchased metal pack and went into license manager - its listed... I click install and it acts like its installing (Says programming hardware) for around 10 minutes then gives following error:

Programming purchases on hardware failed

Code 80007104
Failed write to firmware.

What am I doing wrong?

In Line 6 Monkey under optional addin tab: it says:

There was an error determining which Add-Ons you have installed.  ((Code 80007506) The asset table in the hardware is corrupt.)

Click the 'Reinstall' button to fix this problem (you must be connected to the Internet)

Call Customer Service if you click 'Reinstall' and still see this error.

I cannot find a 'Reinstall button anywhere

I've attached the log file.

Any ideas?

    Hey jtrethewey,

Download and install the latest drivers for your operating system:

      Windows Drivers 4.2.4.9:

      http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=4143

      MAC Drivers : 7.1.0

      http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=4171

Once the drivers are installed you will need to install the Line 6 Monkey application from the links below:

      Windows Line 6 Monkey 1.43:

      http://line6.com/getrelease?rid=4223

      MAC Line 6 Monkey 1.43:

      http://line6.com/getrelease?rid=4222

Once Line 6 Monkey is installed, remove any additional unnecessary USB and firmware devices from your computer when troubleshooting this issue. Make sure to connect it directly to a USB port and not a USB hub, extension, or keyboard of any kind, preferably connect it to a USB port on the rear of computer. Try using additional USB cables and every USB port available until you are able to launch Line 6 Monkey and detect the device.

After Launching Line 6 Monkey apply any updates that are available until you have a green check next to each component.

Then you will need to close all open applications and use the License Manager software to de-authorize and re-authorize your Line 6 hardware and computer. Make sure to remove the information when prompted to, and then install again when prompted to, this will ensure that you reinstall all of your available Line 6 assets from your account into your devices.

If you are still unable to install your model pack using the License Manager, I would suggest that you use Line 6 Monkey to reinstall the flash memory of your Line 6 hardware if your unit, close License Manager, try another USB port on your computer until you either successfully installed your model pack or exhausted all available USB ports.
