Volume drops?

Hi, is there a way I could prevent the volume inconsistencies when I change my patches? For example, I've got a patch with just the preamp model activated whilst the other with the full amp model. Most of the time, the preamp model patch overpowers the full amp model. I can't get the right levels when I adjust the separate volumes on each patches.

You will need to manually match the levels of the two amp models in your patches using the Volume control for each model before saving the patch.  If you require more level on one of your patches, you can always increase the level in the mixer block by up to 12dB on each channel

As Nick says ... there is no automatic method for level matching.

I find that the easiest approach is to figure out which is the quietest patch I use and turn the other patches down to meet that level.  Then compensate (if necessary)  using increased volume on the amplifier., desk etc.
