I bought a Spider IV last Novermber/December and with it, I got a free FBV Express MkII. The pedal now refuses to switch from wah to volume (but the volume can still change) and there is a somewhat ominous rattling sound coming from within it. I registered both on the online warrenty when I got them, but I don't have specific proof of purchase for the foot pedal. Will I still be able to get it sent off to be repaired?

Secondly, how would I got about this, the help pages are a bit useless?
