Mobile in problem with Garage Band

Hi,

my brand new "Mobile In" doesn't work with Garage Band ond IPad2. IOS and Garage Band are up to date. When I start the amp in the program

to make some recording with my guitar, the program doesnt find the mobile in plug. I cant choose the "plug-button" to change settings. Who nows

whats wrong about it ? The Mobile Pod works very finde, I got only problems with Garage Band........ :-(

Ditto. Doesn't work with Amplitube either.

"Q: Does Mobile In interface work with the AmpliTube iRig apps?

A: Sorry, no. It appears that the IK Multimedia apps only work with the low-fi analog audio input on the earbuds jack, not the high-resolution digital audio input on the dock connector that Mobile In uses."

  When I start GarageBand the "plug" icon goes dark and will not open, whether I plug in before or after starting GarageBand.

have you guys checked that nothing is interfering in the dock connections?

Solved problem, updated to IOS 5. Check your OS version.

HI guys,

I really like garage band, but mobile pod is the better app. So many great tones and presets are added.
So we all like to record with mobile pod.
Please add a recorder with the next update, ok?

Mobile in is great. It works with acoustic guitars and electric guitars.
The sound is really cool. At least it´s better with mobile pod then with garage band.
