Pod XT Pro seams to be dead ...

Hi , I just replugged my PodXT Pro and apart from lights from the "clip" and "signal' lights and the "tap" button which is on , and the screen dimly lit with nothing on it , NOTHING happens. Nothing is connected to it but the power plug and the USB cable. the device is seen by windows and line 6 Monkey but I can't do anything ( upgrade firmware , edit ...) Has anyone got a clue ?? thx 1000 times , for any direction ! ( btw : it is as clean as new : no dust , no water in it , no humidity , no beer either !)
usually if the screen goes blank, you'll need to take it to a service center....

i've never heard of an easy fix for this.
