I bought my POD HD in the summer and when I started using the the Wah effect, I noticed that my pedal does not engage lower than 30%. This is extremely annoying because now If I want to Use the Wah effect for a certain part in a song,  it will be incorporated into my tone. 

-does anyone else have this problem?

-Will the warranty cover this problem? If so how do I go about contacting line 6 about this?

-are there repair shops that can fix this issue?

If you can answer any of these questions it will be greatly appreciated.
