POD XT USB problem

Hi,
I bought some POD XT from a reseller and wanted to connect it to my PC. First problem which I encountered was the firmware (version 1.02) so I bought USB->MIDI cable and upgraded it to the newest version (3.01). I installed drivers downloaded using Line 6 Monkey, however the device could not be detected. I checked a firmware version and ESN and USB revisions contains zeros. Once again I flashed the device using USB->MIDI but this time in SAFE MODE, however the problem still exists.
My question is - what else I can do ? Maybe I can try with downgrading the firmware to 1.05, but I cannot find it on Line 6 website.
P.S.
Do you know official service in Poland ?

Hi,
IT the POD Xt's ESN number reads as a row of 0's this is evidence of a memory failure in the unit. You need to take the POD XT for repair:
