I am looking for an answer as to why when I turn my FX3 knob, it flutters between the effect i'm choosing and the current reverb effect name and mix level. I can't choose an effect on the 3rd FX knob because of this, unless i manually set the effects by pressing the presets button.

Also, when ever I turn my Reverb knob to the mix level I want... it stays on the chosen level for a split second and then shoots back to 0% mix level. The odd part about this is that whenever I press the knob in really hard while turning it at the same time, it doesn't shoot back to 0% mix level until I take my hand off the knob and it's not being pushed in anymore.

Something tells me that since these two faulty knobs are right next to each other, that there is a specific reason to why this is happening.
