I've recently got a POD XT Pro and I'm having some difficulty recording throught it.

When recording from the POD straight to my computer via USB I get a reather nasty tone that sounds nothing like the live sound I get when I'm practicing.

I've looked at other threads and have tried changing to  "studio direct" mode and have also messed around with different cabs and such but I'm still getting that nasty tone.

Any help guys?
