M9 broken lites up but pedal buttons not working

M9 broken lites up but pedal buttons not working cant access the setup mode to do a hard reset. Is only just over one year warranty pls help I feel very ripped off

    This sounds like the M9 could be underpowered. Are you using the M9's original power supply?

      If you have been using the M9 with the included power supply and still having this problem, the M9 will need to be serviced. You will need to contact the Australian Line 6 distributor for assistance with the repair, they can be contacted at:
