Problem updating HD300 firmware

Hello All.

Been having a problem with updating my HD300 firmware. I am running Line 6 monkey version 1.50, and have drivers version 4.2.5.1

The monkey does not show a current firmware revision at all it simpley say's "unknown" , and when I attempt to update it, the usb connection fails. I have reinstalled the monkey and drivers, and also reset the HD300 to factory. I am stumped! Does anyone have any suggestions?

There is a bug in Monkey v1.50 that affects firmware updates of the HD300/400. I suggest you roll back to Monkey v1.43 and try again.

Hi nukernoone,

I have the same problem with my HD400. L6 Monkey simply says "Unknown" version and the update fails due to USB connection. I have the lastest Line 6 monkey and drivers installed too. I will try intalling Line6 monkey v1.43 and hope it works as silverhead said.
