Why has no one from Line 6 answered?? I run a commercial studio and use this Pod as a dongle for Pod Farm, which I use to lay a tone over DI tones to reamp later. Some support would be nice!

Is this for real? Five days and not so much as an acknowledgement from line 6. The "tech support" doesn't have a phone number so we are supposed to use this venue, yet it's slow as Christmas.
Can someone please do the right thing and help a long-time loyal customer who has MULTIPLE line 6 products??

Sorry for the late reply, but we are still trying to catch up to everybody's posts right now.
Were there any changes to the computer or software at all since this last worked? Have you tried uninstsalling and re-installing the drivers for the POD? Which POD do you have?
Do you have any other USB devices connecerted to the computer? Please remove all other USB devices (except for a mouse and keyboard on a desktop computer) while troubleshooting this problem. Completely remove ANY USB hubs, even if not in use, and test the hardware on all of your computer's USB ports, preferably the back ports on a desktop system.
You may also want to try all of the tips in the following USB Troubleshooting document:
http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-4282
Lastly, you should test on another computer to verify if there could just be a problem with the POD hardware itself.
Regards,
Line6Hugo

Thanks for the reply. There have literally been zero changes to my computer. I bounced down an album and sent it to iTunes, then the next day I try to open the sessions and realize the pod won't connect. Now pod farm itself won't load properly in the fx window in Reaper. It's like the pod software went haywire. If I redownload pod farm will I lose all the instances of it in my session? Like will I lose the settings that are stored in the session (they weren't saved as presets, they just load when the session is opened like every other plugin)?

Hi,
Does the POD X3 function correctly when using it standalone? Have you tried uninstalling/renstalling drivers for the device? Is everything up to date in Line 6 Monkey?
Thanks,
David

Well, I plugged in my friend's iLok with a Pod Farm Platinum 1 and 2 license on it, and the plugin loaded and worked properly when pulling up old sessions. It has to be an issue with the Pod. What can I do?

One thing to try is completely uninstalling your Line 6 MAC OSX drivers using the instructions at the link below:
http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2617
If that does not help to establish a connection to the POD the next step as Hugo suggested above is trying to connect the POD to another computer can help to establish if the problem is related your computer or the POD itself.
To do so simply install the latest Line 6 drivers before connecting the POD to the computer:
Windows Drivers 4.2.5.1:
http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=4399
MAC Drivers : 7.1.3
http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=4321
If the POD can not be recognized on the second computer, the problem unfortunately could be with the POD's USB connection, in which case a Line 6 Service Center would need to assess it for repair. To locate one in your area, use the finder at the link below:

Actually, after a ton of messing around with it, the Pod somehow started working again. Thanks everyone for the help. There wasn't one specific thing that fixed it, it just started working again after a couple weeks. I'll post again if it continues.
