my fbv shortboard is not listed in my devices I'v switched usb ports and scaned it ....but it lights up when i plug in the usb..also the pod farm 2.5 doesn't work correctly

but the pedal moves the volumn knob but no input sound no tuner any ideas ...thanks bob

Hi,

Have you tired the FBV Shortboard in different USB ports on your PC?

Are you using a USB hub?

Another thing to try is disabling any virus and firewall software you have running. Unfortunately, this is a common problem.

You also might want to try the FBV Shortboard on a different machine. This will ensure that the poblem is not with the computer's OS.
