GearBox - Open Track Failed

Hi,
I recently boght a new PC running Windows 7 64 bit, which is the same OS that is running on my laptop where GearBox is able to load files. I installed all the necessary software, drivers, etc... and I authorized the Line 6 device (UX1) and my PC. Every time, with the exception of once, I get the same error message:
I have tried every single USB port on the PC to no avail. My subscription is up to date since I am able to load tracks on my Laptop and play them. Any help would be appreciated.

So apparently, Line 6 support does not deem my case important enough to chime in or they have not looked at it which is disappointing either way.
Hello!!! Is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me...Helloooooo!!!! Where is Line 6 support?!
