Pod Farm Unable to Open?

Hi everyone.

I bought a UX2 for Christmas, and it has worked since I started using it. Today, two things went wrong; my Pod Farm gives me a message ( POD Farm failed to initialize L6TWXY framework (Code 0x80007405)) and my UX2's 'clip' lights keep flashing. I check my Line 6 Monkey, and it says that my USB Firmware is 'unknown'. My drivers and applications are all up to date. Help please?

    Before even doing anything else, did you try disconnecting the UX2 from the current USB port that you've been successfully using and try a different USB port connection to your computer?

     

    I'd go through all the other USB ports to see if one of them provides communication to your UX2 and the firmware can be recognized in Monkey with next.
