Why so difficult?

My son received a Spider IV 15 as a gift. I bought a FBV MK II Express for him and am thinking of taking it back....and the amp. Have spent hours trying to "download this...but activate that....don't plug this in but do that before you do what you just did." In other words I'm totally lost. Was going to ask for help but I think I've had enough!!! I think I just became a purest!!! Seemed such a simple and cool concept. Just wanted to be able to download awesome tones.

    You don't really need to download anything to get this combo working, but downloading the latest firmware for the FBV will be beneficial.

    Sorry, but you can't download tones to the Spider IV 15, you can, however adjust the tones and save them to the 4 preset locations.

     

    The FBV is a controller to switch between the A, B, C and D presets of the amp.
