add on not showing up in my device

well what can i say !!!!

ive refomated, reinstalled,updated,authorized everything and still my power pack add on is not showing up  not happy line 6 !!!!!!

all my purcha's are in my history but power pack is not showing up in gearbox with my guitarport device

please can you sort this problem out
