I would suggest to use the instructions available at the link below to remove the Line 6 drivers from your MAC computer:

    http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2617

After they have been removed, restart the computer. Upon restarting, download and install the latest drivers from the link below:

    MAC Drivers : 7.1.3

    http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=4321

Once the drivers are installed you will need to install the Line 6 Monkey application from the links below:

    MAC Line 6 Monkey 1.51:

    http://line6.com/getrelease?rid=4619

Once Line 6 Monkey is installed, remove any additional unnecessary USB and firmware devices from your computer when troubleshooting this issue. Make sure to connect it directly to a USB port and not a USB hub, extension, or keyboard of any kind, preferably connect it to a USB port on the rear of computer. Try using additional USB cables and every USB port available until you are able to launch Line 6 Monkey and detect the device.

After Launching Line 6 Monkey apply any updates that are available until you have a green check next to each component.

Re: Flash Memory Not Verifying For Toneport Kb37

I am having this same issue.

When I try to update Flash Memory I get the Update Faild error:

      ---------------------------------

      Upadate Faild.

(Code 80007204) Hardware device failed to enter update mode.

Make sure the cabels are still connected and try the updade again.

      ---------------------------------

I've tried for more than 10 times getting the same message. I have allready, uninstall the drivers, uptdate USB firmware but cannot update Flash Memory and my kb37 is completly unresponsive.

I've followed your instructions on this post and nothing. Very very disappointing.

I am attaching the screens for more info.

Is there any way to reset KB37?? Any key combinations? I live in Brazil and I think I will not be able to get a service assistence here.

      I would appreciate your help,

      André

Re: Flash Memory Not Verifying For Toneport Kb37

After a night without sleeping I decide to do it all again. I've tried for 5 times unplugging the USB cable without luck. I than tried not to disconnect the cable. Suddenly I got a different error: (Code 80007209) Firmware version verification failed.

I than reinstall the firmware without unplugging the USB cable ant it updated. Tried again to update the Flash Memory and without unplugging the USB cable I got my kb37 back to work...

        happy again!!!!!!!
