this is a follow-up to thread http://line6.com/support/thread/76097
copy of original thread:
Hi there,
I have a studio ux1 with several model packs installed.
factory add-ons: fx junkie / POD Farm 1)
purchased: bass ext. / power pack / metal shop / collector classics / POD Farm 2 / Propellerhead Record Add-On
I was using it with no problems at all on my old vista computer together with propellerheads record.
the podfarm also worked perfectly.
Right now i want to setup reason6 & studio ux1 on my new windows 7 computer.
Specs in short are:
Intel Core i7 860 @ 4x 2.8GHz / 8GB RAM
System HD: OCZ Vertex SSD
OS: Win7 Pro 64Bit SP1
Novation Remote49 SL MkII (Automap 3.7.4)
Studio UX1 (drivers 4.2.4.9 / firmware 1.01)
Line6 Monkey 1.43
License Manager 1.01
POD Farm 2.51
Propellerheads Reason 6.0.1 (UX1 ASIO)
So far the amp models do not work at all in POD Farm 2.51 standalone and Propellerheads Reason 6.01.
the sound does not change.
Reason 6 freezes for at least half a minute when i try to add a line 6 amp to the rack.
afterwards it displays the amp in the rack but the sound stays the same.
I can't even access the free amp models that came with propellerheads reason.
I also have problems loading songs created with propellerheads record that have amps in the rack.
POD Farm 2.51 standalone does not freeze when changing gear and always says i have all the needed models installed for the preset,
but also does not change the sound.
Both, the computer and the device are authorized with the License manager 1.01.
Everything shows up correctly in the License Manager.

i think the other thread is closed.
so i opened this one instead.
hi again,
sorry for the delay.
i was too busy at work to check it out sooner.
i tried deauthorizing / reauthorizing just the device.
i also deinstalled everything once more and installed everything again in correct order.
i decided to install both pod farm 1.12 & 2.51 this time.
this time it behaves nearly the same.
the pod farms are not working.
the loading of the program and the presets take ages.
the sound is not changing. i only have a dry signal.
with reason ot got a little worse than before.
when i try to load an amp now
it keeps saying that there is a problem with my line6 hardware.
i also tried removing the L6TWXY folder manually.
that actually worked once.
i had a brit standard amp in reason.
but that didn't last for long.
the next time i started reason it was like before.
i tried to remove it again, but this time it didn't work.
so now i am stuck with no amp models in podfarm 1.12 or 2.51 and reason6.
thanks in advance for any help.
regards
meik
